At Findafresh Publishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Paperback Books
Returns
- You may return paperback books within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Books must be in their original, undamaged condition — unread and unmarked.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned book, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- If a book arrives damaged or defective, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund including return shipping costs.
Ebooks (Digital Products)
- Due to the digital nature of ebooks, they are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
- If you experience a technical issue downloading your ebook, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
- If you purchased the wrong format by mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we will assist with an exchange.
Book Bundles
- Bundle purchases follow the same return policy as individual paperback books.
- All items in the bundle must be returned together for a full refund.
- Partial bundle returns are not accepted.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders (10+ copies) placed by organisations are subject to the terms agreed at the time of quotation. Standard refund terms may not apply. Please contact us to discuss returns on bulk orders.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
- If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process above.
How to Request a Refund
- Visit our Contact page or email us with your order number.
- We will provide return instructions (if applicable).
- Ship the item back to the address we provide.
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
Consumer Rights
